The second floor is the perfect spot for up to 45 guests.

Surrounding the barn is picturesque views of mountains.  From the Southwest Mother Myrick sits, on the Northwest side The Scallop, and on the Eastern border lies the Green Mountain front.  With the mountainesque back drop, the cornfields and open meadows that lie in between make this spot a perfect wedding location abundant with natural beauty.
To get to the OGB you must travel route 30, this is one of Vermont's famous byways.  Spanning Manchester to Poultney through the Mettowee Valley is the Stone Valley byway.  The byway is highlighted by mountain slopes and rural landscape.  This offers travelers some of the most picturesque settings Vermont has to offer.
The Old Gray Barn is privately located down a long dirt road.

Ceremony & Cocktail location

Our ceremony site is a short walk up a gravel path which leads your guests to the top of the meadow where it opens up to a spectacular scenic view.  The site includes a rustic arbor and 14 wooden benches that can accommodate up to 70 guests. With plenty of standing room.
Plan B.....just in case of inclement weather we have a back up plan with select locations in the barn.

Our cocktail hour is located on our open lawn area just in front of the barn, along side a babbling brook. This area is equipped with a rustic bar and an antique bathtub for a little added character. This  makes this area a perfect spot for greeting guests, playing games, or relaxing and taking in Vermont's natural beauty.
